𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗪

Get the ovulation for the lowest period as well as ovulation for the highest period and use this ovulation days from the lowest to the highest as your fertile window.

Eg  𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗪𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗪 = 𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗢𝗩𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
These are 𝗗𝗔𝗬 8 𝗧𝗢  𝗗𝗔𝗬 21
( 8, 9, 10, 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20, 21)

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗼𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘆

To get your specific ovulation day you will need an ovulation test kit and you start testing from the lowest ovulation, which is now your first fertile day and from there you will get the exact day for your ovulation

Point 5
If after considering the lowest ovulation to the highest ovulation, and fertile days are more than 10, consider sex every after 3 days instead of throughout that fertile window.

This is because sperm cells can last between three  up to 5 days in the female genital but they are most viable during the first 3days

With the example we have already your will see that the fertile window from day 8 to 21days  have more than 10 days so Sex should occur on
(𝗱𝗮𝘆 8, 𝗱𝗮𝘆 11,𝗱𝗮𝘆 14, 𝗱𝗮𝘆17 𝗱𝗮𝘆20,  and  𝗱𝗮𝘆 21)
