HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR OVULATION DAY

 The ovulation day is a specific day of the menstrual cycle in which an egg is being released from the ovaries for fertilization to occur. 

Ovulation occurs 2 weeks before the next cycle, this means we can calculate and understand when ovulation will come. This also means you will ovulate on a day according to the length of your cycle. Hence everyone does not have the same ovulation day because your cycle Is different from another person's cycle.

Breaking down the ovulation day and how you get this specific day will be as follows,

First you need to understand how many days cycle you are then you take cycle minus ⛔14 your answer will be your ovulation. For example

👉🏼If you are 28 days cycle then 28 -⛔ 14 your ovulation occurs on day 14th.
👉🏼If you are 29 days cycle then 29 -⛔ 14 your ovulation occurs on day 15th. 
👉🏼If you are 30 days cycle 30 - ⛔ 14 your ovulation occurs on day 16th 
👉🏼If you are 35 days cycle 35 -⛔ 14 your ovulation occurs on day 21.
👉🏼If you are cycle 21 - ⛔14 your ovulation occurs on day 7th .
👉🏼If you have 25 days cycle 25 - ⛔14 your ovulation occurs on day 11th and so on.
